100% Refund T&Cs

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your participation in the “Get 100% Refund" promotion (the "Promotion") offered by Prop Firms Compared (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for the Promotion and participating, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree, do not sign up or participate.

  1. Promotion Overview

  • The Promotion offers a 100% refund of the challenge fee if you fail your prop firm challenge, provided you strictly adhere to all eligibility and compliance requirements outlined below.

  • To participate, you must first sign up for the Promotion through the link provided and you must follow these Terms containing parameters designed to promote disciplined trading and ensure your success.

  • You must specifically purchase the eligible challenge account with the Prop Firm indicated through our affiliate link and supporting documentation, and where applicable, use our discount code — resulting in a "Challenge Fee".

  1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

  • You must sign up for the Promotion and confirm you have read the T&Cs contained below before purchasing the challenge account.

  • You must purchase the challenge account exclusively through our affiliate link and apply our provided discount code with the Prop Firm.

  • Only one entry per person; multiple purchases or accounts will disqualify you.

  • The Promotion is available only for new challenge purchases made after August 26, 2025 and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to end or modify the Promotion at any time without notice.

  • Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members are ineligible.

  1. Requirements for Refund Claim

To qualify for a 100% refund of the Challenge Fee, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception. Failure to comply with any requirement will result in automatic denial of your claim.

Trading Platform: You must exclusively use MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) for all trades and provide ‘Investor Login’ details to your MT4 or MT5 account to enable verification when submitting your refund claim.

Risk Management Rules (as detailed in the Guide received upon signup):

  • Maximum risk per trade: No loss shall exceed exactly 0.25% of the initial account balance.

  • Maximum trades per day: 2 trades.

  • You must trade only one asset or pair for the duration of the challenge.

Challenge Outcome: To qualify for a refund under this promotion, the sole reason for failing your challenge must be exceeding the maximum overall drawdown. Any failure due to other rule violations (including but not limited to maximum daily loss, prohibited trading during news events, or breach of any firm-specific conditions) will render you ineligible for a refund.

Proof of Compliance: Within 7 days of challenge failure, you must submit:

  • You must provide a screenshot of your proof of purchase showing the date purchased, the email address used, the order number, the challenge size and steps.

  • Investor login details (username and password) to your MT4 or MT5 account.

  • Any additional documentation we request to verify compliance.

  • Claims must be submitted via email to services@propfirmscompared.com within 7 days. Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected.

  • We will review claims within 14 business days. Our decision is final and binding.

  1. Refund Process

  • If your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund of the Challenge Fee through a mutually agreed upon payment method within 30 days of approval, such as PayPal, Bank Transfer, or WISE transaction.

  • Refunds are limited to the Challenge Fee only and do not include any additional costs (e.g., transaction fees, taxes, Prop Firm specific Add On's, or other expenses incurred by you).

  • You are responsible for any taxes, transaction fees, or fees associated with receiving the refund.

  1. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Any attempt to alter, falsify or conceal trading data will result in disqualification.

  • The refund does not apply if you pass the challenge, withdraw from it voluntarily, or are disqualified by the prop firm for any reason (e.g., breach of their rules).

  • No refund will be given if you violate any prop firm terms, engage in prohibited activities (e.g., hedging, arbitrage, or using EAs unless explicitly allowed by the Prop Firm), fail to follow the Guide received upon signup, or fail to provide accurate proof of purchase and compliance.

  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your trading activities, the prop firm's decisions, or technical failures.

  • The Promotion is not insurance and does not guarantee success or protection against trading risks.

  • Force majeure events (e.g., market disruptions, platform outages) may void claims at our discretion.

  1. General Terms

Data Privacy: By signing up and participating, you consent to us collecting and using your data (including trading statements and proof of Guide receipt) for verification purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property: The Guide and all related materials provided upon signup are our property; you may not reproduce, share, or use them commercially.

Dispute Resolution: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom, England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Amendments: We may update these T&Cs at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability under this Promotion is limited to the Challenge Fee amount. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
